90 Yj Wont Start...

Drives: 90wrangler, 4.2 automatic, Hard top.
Location: Arizona
Checked the battery, and the starter, it's got a new ECM. it doesn't even try...it just clicks I had an electrical issue with the wires from the coil but had it fixed a few months back. does anyone have some idea's ?
