Can I Tow With My 07 Laredo 4x4

Drives: 2007 Jeep grand cherokee Laredo 4x4 3.7L V6 ENGINE
Location: El Paso, TX
plan on getting a bass boat but my laredo does not have a hitch for towing. can i tow? how much can i tow? and also whats the best hitch assembely to get.
