hi hope some one knows about airlocks in coolant on a 2.7crd grand cherokee, story is ive bought the car on 06/12/09 on 25/12/09 noticed fuel had been spraying & smelling over the front of the engine so contacted the garage and they said it will be covered on the warranty, took the car to them and they've been great got a recon high pressure pump & fitted it with a couple of other things as well. this is a jeep dealer. they had the car all week told me it was ready for collection went to pick it up this morning and the pump looked new BUT was leaking worse then before. my main concern is now the low level warning light is on the engineer who worked on it said its an airlock as they had to drain water because the sec/recerc pump pipe had to be moved to remove the fuel pump, does anyone know 1 what they've done wrong & how to put it right so i know they've done it correctly i feel there could be on going problems and may tell them to take to a jeep dealer (at there cost) or god fabid ask for full refund.
