I've put LED tail lights into my harness, however, they will not blink. They will light up for both turns, and hazards,. Brake n running lights also work. I was told they do not use enough amperage to cause the relays to work...(I do not have side markers installed and would prefer to keep it that way) Any thougts?

I would think if the Hazards work then the relay is working properly.  Maybe there isn't enough draw when only one is blinking.

This company makes load equalizers to correct this problem:

The problem is the LEDs don't use enough current for the flasher to work. There are several solutions, try this one http://www.vehiclelight.com/ef33l.html I hope this helps. Larry

Actually this doesn’t apply to the CJ’s.  Mine works just fine, the front turn signal bulbs pull enough current that the flasher works just fine.
