Hey guys!
I have a serious problem, here. My girlfriend put some gas in my diesel Jeep Cherokee diesel yesterday. Then she came home (about 5 miles). I haven't started it yet, what should I do? Should I call a tow service and call my mechanic, or can I take my car there? If she managed to came home, is there a possibility that everything will be just fine and I don't need to bother with a mechanic?

The same thing happened to my mum a few months ago... you should really drain the tank. That's what I did and I had no problems. And I also put a special misfuelling protection on so she won't make the same foolish mistake again (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
good luck

ok, thanks! I drained the tank and it looks like I won't have any problems. What kind of misfuelling protection are you talking about? I guess I should really get one because I'm not too sure she won't make the same mistake again
