Need Dana 35 rear

Hi all I need a complete rear end assy,spindles etc for a 97.Dana 35 w/3:55 gears and no limited slip.Bummmer ,but at least I found out where the noise was coming from.lol Thanks Bob in Wyoming

junkyard units are cheap around here, can get complete units for under $100.

I would look for an 8.75 rear from a newer XJ for an upgrade while I was at it.  Stronger axle.

does your rig have ABS?

Hi Andy       Junk yards here-all 2 of them are not cheap-theor goal in life is to screw as many people as possible. Whwn you say complete unit-do you mean the whole rear assembly-as shafts etc.I think this one does have ABS but no limited slip                               Bob

I mean an entire complete rear axle ready to bolt in.  I can buy stockers for $100 or less easy.  Check for local offroading clubs, we are always taking D35s out to put something stronger in.

You might as well put a LS one in if you are swapping entire units.

What is wrong with the alxe you have?  Maybe just put a few parts in it?
