Rear End Swap

Drives: 1998 jeep grand cherokee laredo
Location: usa
Will 94 jeep cherokee rear end fit in a 98 grand cherokee ? I can swap the drum for disc not a proplem just not sure if the shock mounts are the same. its a dana 35 on both .
