seats and D300 shift series

Anyone know what seats are compatable with my 82 CJ-5. My old seats are falling apart, but the brackets are in great shape.   Also, while doing all the work on my jeep. I lost the label on my D300 shifter. Is it (top to bottom). And my 4wd "light" did not get reconnected...next weekend maybe.   4wd low Neutral 4wd high 2wd high   or is it   4wd low neutral 2wd high 4wd high.

As far as the seats go…..

 

Any CJ or even wrangler-Cherokee seats work as a replacement.

 

Do you have the bench style cj5 seat or buckets?.....

 

If you need the bench seats I have everything you need. I had a cj5. the front bench is in good shape.

I have the 82 Bucket front seats. I have some 89 cherokee seats, but they seemed too tall and too far forward for my mounting brackets. The passenger's knees would be in the dash and my lap would be crammed under the steering wheel.

What are sliders and how much are they? Are they replacement mounting brackets so the seats fit?
Are there photos posted anywhere?

the slider is a kit, usually costs $80.00 for each….but it is worth it….

 

your seats will have the ability to slide back and worth, yes your wife can finally reach the pedals
