I have a 1995 xj with the 4.5 inch rustys leaf packs complete lift and wanted to add their .75 inch spacers and rear shackels will i need to do anything besides an sye kit?

no you should not half to do anything besides coil spacers in the front and rear shackles but if you are doing some hard core wheeling you might want to invest in a slip yoke elimator kit so the drive shaft wont get into a bind when flexing it out.

I've got a 5.5 lift and chose to do just a transfer drop kit will save you some money, watch your rear pinion angle when you put the shackels on you might have to shim your axle to bring the pinion back down.
